When its rain/snows/whatever and the first sign of darkness?
well...depending on how bad its raining/snowing whatever outside, law says you should turn on your lights so we have more of a chance of seeing you...

DH hates when people don't too! We have lights that automatically go on when it gets dark. But if there's a sunshower then yes, I turn my lights on.

I posted about this before. This is my biggest pet peeve. I hate when people don't turn on the regular lights because they have daytime running lights - their lights aren't on in the back and when it's really bad out - I can't see you!!

I have day time running lights on my prizm...They are on rain or shine...and the best thing about them is they even go on at night...I never have to touch my headlight switch....I love being lazy Scott

I have daytime running lights so they are always on, except for lately. I have a headlight out so I shut them off to avoid any tickets!!

I just read a atrile in newsday about a month ago saying that when it rains daytime running lights are not enough. You need to have your full headlights on. I had no idea and when I asked my DH he was like no kidding ding dong of course you need to turn them on. I had no Clue.
