Easy Poll: Do you want a ....

A boy or a girl?

Many turned out for the response yesterday weather you wanted to know or not know the sex of a baby before the baby comes out...so i figure i'll stay on this topic and go to part 2

For your first born child (or if you already had a child) what did/do you want for the first time?

I would want a boy at first personally. Eventually I would want 2 boys and a girl

I would want a girl...my family is STARVED for girls - I was the last one and there have been about 5 boys since me.

Also, DH said that out of the guys he knew in school, the ones who had older sisters were cooler because they knew more stuff

I would be totally happy with either as long as they are healthy. But, if we had a choice in this world as to what to have first, I would definitely want a little girl first. I love the relationship I have with my mom and want that with my own daughter. Plus, I already have a stepson, so I want a girl. But I'll take either as long as they are healthy!!

I would want a boy first cause I'd like my daughter to have a big brother to watch over her.

I want a boy first because I grew up with an older brother and I like the protection an older brother gives to a younger sibling.

I think we are only going to get PG once, if at all, so what I would really like is fraternal twins so I can have one of each.

But the reality is, I would want a boy first I think. I dunno, maybe I will change my mind the closer I get to that point

Well, before my daughter was born I always knew I wanted a girl. We never had a sonogram because something always went wrong... but Dh says he wanted a little girl too!

i'm destined to only have boys. there are 5 boys and only 1 girl on fh's side of the family. i really would like 2 boys and a girl, but we'll see

a would like a boy first- i am an only child and it would thrill beyond words my dad...a girl would too but a little boy would be great so they can do the sporty things i never did

also, i want a boy to protect his little sister

FH and I haven't decided yet if we want children, but if we do end up having them I definitely hope the first one is a boy! Older brothers are just awesome to have, plus that is the format of both my family and FH's
