A boy or a girl?

Many turned out for the response yesterday weather you wanted to know or not know the sex of a baby before the baby comes out...so i figure i'll stay on this topic and go to part 2

For your first born child (or if you already had a child) what did/do you want for the first time?

I would want a boy at first personally. Eventually I would want 2 boys and a girl

Yes, a boy or a girl is preferred.

I don't think it matters to either of us.

Boys are cheaper to raise - so my mom says. So economically speaking, I would want a boy first. But girls are so much more fun to dress.

Honestly, I want a big healthy baby with my nose and butt and FH's keen business sense.

I feel the same way... My mom had my brother first then me... And it was great! I would run home to my 'Big Brother' and make him beat the stinky boys up at school!!!

On the downside, he made finding a boyfriend a LIVING HE!!

I wanted a boy and DH wanted a girl. Odd, because it's usually the opposite.

I didnt care as long as the baby was healthy. DH wanted a boy.
He got what he asked for!

Next time around I still dont care as long as they are healthy. DH wants moe boys

Well my dream is to have two girls and two boys....atleast one girl. Unfortunately we'll have to eventually see how that plays out. I'm the only girl on my dads side of the family and my fiance happens to be one in five boys....sounds like I'll be destined for boys. We shall see...no babies for a while for us!!

I always wanted a boy first... but as soon as I found out I was PG, I suddenly wanted a GIRL so badly!!! Weird. We're having a boy.

Girl. I'm a girl's mom - I don't think I'd know what to do with a boy. It's funny, cuz my friend's see me as a boy's mom - I don't see it at all tho.

i want a boy soooo badly. i am such a sports freak, as well as FH and i think it would be so fun.... i also know how much work little girls can be

we have a lot of boys between us so i hope it keeps going.... fh's mom has 6 BROTHERS, fh's dad is 1 of 3 boys, fmil had only 2 boys, my father is one of 2 boys, i have a brother etc. hahhaha uh i just realized its time for a girl.... honestly as long as its a healthy baby i will be happy no matter what

My big brother didnt protect me. He just told me to go on a diet. Now he weighs more than I do and he is losing his hair. Paypack is a bit*h ain't it?

(I actually love the guy though!)

I wouldnt care....I just want a family and healthy babies...

I do have 11 nephews though, so that may be the way Im headed, but I'll take all boys, all girls..doesnt matter to me.

i agree with the big brother protection factor, and would love to have a boy first (i have 6 nephews and 3 neices, and all the boys were the first borns, so that may be likely) ... then again- theres also 2 sets of twins, so maybe ill get both at once

.. but i cant help but picture DH putting pigtails in our little girls hair (which i WILL make him do ), , so that makes me want a girl too
