Soft boiled, over easy or poached, produce the runniest eggs.
Scramble, & omlets can't bee to cooked &need soem cheese & sometimes peppers for wetness.
I HATE dry food.
I do eat Hard boiled eggs, if you eat the white & yolk together they balnce the dryness/wettness of each other , but the are especially good sliced & spread on buttered toast. mmmmm![]()

I love poached eggs on english muffins, but when I want to be healthy I usually only eat the egg whites with peppers, onions and tomatoes.

I almost always eat scrambled (WITH ketchup!), poached (mmmmm....eggs benedict), or cheese omelettes. Sometimes I'll eat over-easy, but if the white is even the least bit runny I totally gag.
