Easy Skillet lasagna Receipe
Savory Skillet Lasagna
Prep- 5 minutes
Cook 25 minutes
Serves 6
1 Lb Italian sausage linkls casing removed
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Hunts Garlic and Oregano Diced Tomatoes
1 can (6oz.) Hunts Tomato Paste
3 cups cooked campenella pasta cooked (a small noodle that looks like mini lasagna noodles) Keep warm.
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozarella cheese divided
Cook sausage over med. high heat until no longer pink and cooked through.Drain.Blend in tomatoes and paste .Simmer for 5 minutes.Remove from pan and keep warm
Place half cooked pasta in bottom of skillet.Pour half of tomato meat mixature over pasta.Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.repeat layers.Cover and cook over meduim heat until heated and cheese melts.Remove from heat, let stand 1 minute.
Enjoy!
