EXCEL!!!! You can sort, cut, paste. It is great. I think I might have a template if you want it. Feel free to FM me.

I agree...Excel is the best tool for staying organized. I have my guest list, responses, table seating, budget…basically everything wedding related is in Excel. It just keeps you super organized.

I used QuatroPro (Excel) its the same thing. It works well, b/c you can add and remove people w/out having to shift the whole entire list.

I guess you will just have to use a word program and write a list, and just write one right under the other.

I used Martha Stewart weddings under tools and guests. It can track invites sent, std and responses. You can also print reports that beaks it down by grooms side/brides side or by event bridal shower/reception/ e-party. It was great. Even if you don't use it I would definately check it out.

Whatever you do just make sure you have a hard copy. I learned the hard way!

I keep mine in my google docs file so I can update it wherever I am and so can FH. Then when we're ready to do the actual envelopes I'll put it in Excel and do a mail merge.

Weddingchannel.com is great for organizing. It has templates for everything from guests to budgets to vendor lists. Its like the Martha Stewart site.

excel, word, or any of the wedding websites work well. Just make sure to have a paper copy also!
