After you win an auction how does it work? My first bid looks like I might win, and it ends in 5 hours and 57 minutes, and I won't have a computer available to me at that time....what is the procedure when you win?

Most people don't place bids until the last 1/2 hour! You can put in your highest bid, so it will automatically raise your bid if people try to outbid you.

You'll get an email from ebay and then probably one from the seller letting you know you've won the auction. Then you'll have to send payment to the seller and then they send the item.
