I do not use ebay too much, but I hear many of you girls saying to go to a particular seller. How you do you find a seller rather than an item? I am an ebay novice.

Near the search button, there should be an 'Advanced Search' as well. Once you're in that screen, on the left will be search by:
select search by seller, put the seller in, and i'tll bring up the items they're selling.

For the tiara and for the veil I just bought - abridalveil
Otherwise, I use a lot of vendors - I go by feedback rating and their prices!
i use one specific vendor for my coach bags (sdbooth) - I've bought a lot off of her, she's phenominal....

that's pretty. Do you have to match color of your dress with your veil? so if my dress is ivory, then I have to get ivory veil too right ?

I would assume so - matching the both would be the best way to go about it. Veils are usually offerred in three colors - white, diamond white, and ivory.
