I ordered my disposable cameras from a company off ebay. At the wedding we discovered that some of the cameras didn't have a working flash so they were useless.The ones that did work came out so dark and bad.Some film couldn't even be taken out of the camera because they were so damaged.I wrote my complaint in the feedback section and their response was so rude, can I reply back? How do you do it? They said that I am a fake buyer and a big zero. What nerve of them. Don't shop from freecamerammcm2. They have some nerve. How do you respond back to their rude reply?

I ordered my cameras from eBay and mine were fine, but it wasn't until the other day that you posted they use 'refurbished' cameras! I didn't even think of that!

It was freecamerammcm2. I wrote that some of the cameras were so bad that they couldn't develop and photos were dark and bad. They responded 'Fake buyer.Scam.Thousands of customers can't be wrong. This e-bay user is a BIg Zero.' They are the BIG ZERO! I was not only ripped off but I have to be verbally insulted as well. How do they run a business?

Maybe you can't get your money back, but don't the people or company who run e-bay care that the sellers are scamming people. Maybe if you complain to e-bay, you can get that seller kicked off.

I am seller on Ebay, and I must say HOW RUDE!!
You can reply to their comments here's how:
-Go to Leave feedback -Go to show all transactions in the past 90 days -You will see a ling to FEEDBACK FORUM on the VERY bottom of the page, click on it. -then click on a link that says Review & Respond to feedback comments other have left for you.
Then go get em!

By calling you a big zero (0) - they're referring to the fact that you have no feedback (yet). But that doesn't make you a fake seller - you have to start somewhere!
I looked them up and they have nasty remarks made about anyone that made a complaint about them - you're not the first!

I would go directly to the eBay administrators - they know their entire business is based on the 'honor' system. They can't allow vendors like that to continue!!
