i ordered some place card frames and so they came in today, as i opened the box i see they are packed individually ..i open one of them and they are dirty and falling appart.... i am so pissed.. i just contacted the seller and found a phone number for them and i called but nobady is there ...ughh.....
i am sending them baaack!!!!!!!

sorry! make sure you leave negative feedback. if they give you a hard time, report them to ebay. Hopefully you paid through paypal because they will refund you if you have issues with the seller.

THAT STINKS!! Definitely write a bad review and go with someone else- so many people had great ebay buys so I am sure someone else on ebay will be good- I guess its a good lesson to always pay with pay pal

Most of the time, you are not refunded the shipping, however, since you're shipping them back to him, it's going to cost you shipping fees, so he SHOULD refund you the shipping.

I just went through this with another ebay vendor (butterflyxc) and they DID NOT refund me the shipping charge even through I spend $6.55 sending back the item to them b/c they sent me the wrong color. Good luck - I hope you do not have to waste your time and money the way I did.
