LOVE LOVE LOVE it... but to be different...sorry... I don't think the 'that' should be there. I'm always corrected when I use 'that' in the middle of sentences...LOL...I could be wrong though...I've always been better at math...LOL...Where in the hootinanny is Mima? She's an English teacher...she'll know...

I immediately ask myself if you are having a religious ceremony...if you are and your family would appreciate the Holy word...put it in...if not - i'd avoid it - but that's JUST ME..

If you put it in - i'd say cap it.

Yes. Roman Catholic ceremony in a Roman Catholic Church. We're probably doing a full Mass as well.
We were both raised RC.

You absolutely do not have to capitalize the year. We didn't. Do whatever you feel looks best. There's no 'correct' way to do that.
