I was just talking (and using my hands very dramatically as I tend to do)..and I noticed a lil rattle. I can move it a tad too! EEK. We're going to the jeweler Thursday anyway to leave my ring so they can make my wedding band. Guess I shouldn't wear it until then eh? Ugh.

Good thing you are going on Thursday. I was told to check my prongs every 6 months just in case. Be really careful from now until you get it fixed.

Don't want to leave it in the office though. I may just turn it around when I walk around so the diamond is facing my palm. I will leave it at home tomorrow though.
Kinda works out since I'm going to the NKOTB concert tomorrow....Joey will think I'm available!!

Def. do not wear it!!! My friend at work last week lost her diamond, it was loose as well...she ended up leaving work and retracing her steps all day and found the diamond under a car at the bank she went to that morning! Mind you she went back at night with a flashlight...someone was on her side that night and my other gfriend when we went for my bachelorette party lost her diamond in the bar, it was loose she knew it but wore it and the bartender bless him found it as well!!!! Take it off and get it fixed!!

Mine was loose recently, I brought it to the jeweler and she fixed it....I wouldnt trust anyone but her to do it, especially since my stone is a pear and I think they are more fragile than other shapes....jeweler told me my stone wouldnt have fallen out but i was still nervous to wear it.....id bring back to the jeweler who set it and have them look at it/fix it

i've heard stories like this one too many times....i would take it now - put it in a ziplock bag staple it shut and put it in your purse! lolol - but thats my own paranoia :)

Yes, I agree - take it off, put it in a ziplock and put it in your change purse or change section of your wallet. I always put things there that I do not want to lose!

Ah! I didn't know that the diamonds could come loose! I thought they were pretty sturdy in there. Blah. That would be the worst thing ever to lose your diamond - keep it safe until it's fixed

lol....FI just begged me to take it off. So I have it wrapped in a napkin inside a mug inside a closet in my office (locked). Paranoia city!!

I would take it off as soon as possible.... i would also be careful where you put it... if u do put it in your purse keep that bad boy on your lap!!!
