Effective Cost Cutting...or Is This Being Cheap??

I want to stay within budget for my invitations:

There are alot of FH's friends (the kind that 'haven't matured yet' ) that will definitely not make it to our wedding (they live in FL). I was thinking...can I splurge on really awesome invitations for the majority of our guestlist and get budget (cheap) invitations for the silly boys who don't care about weddings? Or am I just being cheap by wanting to do this?

If I'm being cheap let me know, I need to be put in my place lol

depends-is the price your saving worth the time and effort you have to find another invite to send them?

I can order 10 free ones from Vista Print and pay $6 for shipping lol if it will save me $50 to cut out a few invitations and just order free ones from Vista, I will probably do it
