Egra bakery

I went for a cake tasting today at Egra bakery. My RH uses them and the cake comes with the reception so i went to find out what i was getting. Lilly gave us a few samples and we decided to go with yellow cake with chocolate mouse and canoli filling. We also decided to do the upgrade to fondont. I really wanted the rhinestone trim and she said the trim would sink into the buttercream.

Buuuuuuttt.....wealso loved the red velet with cream cheese top and cream cheese filling so much we ordered a sheet cake to feed 100 people for our cake boxes. FH really wanted the red velvet but FMIL wanted the chocolate mouse and canoli so now everyone is happy.

I could care less......I dont eat cake
