my mom is so excited to see this site... i told her i was BOTW and she was like 'okay now i have to see whats going on here...' hahahaha


but who are we kidding, im still gonna be coming on like a madman for the whole week, especially because now my mom is gonna wanna check out LI things, ya know?

but i'll miss you when im not on!!!!

The Villages... its about an hour and a half north of orlando :)

You have got to be kiddin!!!!! Is this also a town or you talkin about the 55+ place??? My mom is like dead set on moving there & I dont think my dads down with it!!!! She has never even seen it, but is convinced that is her place of retirement

yeah thats where they are. they moved there 2 years ago and havent looked back. THEY LOVE IT!!!! Thats how my parents were... my mom wanted to go so bad, but my dad was like HELL NO... so obvi they went anyway, and they both fell in love with it and actually my dad likes it better than my mom now. lol

Wow this is too crazy! I watched the dvd they sent my mom and i was hysterical laughing when i saw all the activites that go on... My mom looks very young (just turned 50 actually), and i cant see her fittin in... She already has it all planned out... She says its close enough to disney so i can come down with the kids (yes, she already has me well past pregnant) and go to disney ... she is nuts i swear!

my mom goes to me the other day 'so i know you were thinking about putting the wedding off till 2010... dont do that... i want to be a grandma sooner rather than later.' HAHAH

my parents just turned 60, but they act like they're 45... its perfect for them... theyre like the middle aged in their group... some of them are 55 and some of them are 65 and older even... but they love it. My mom doesnt really do the activities... but she loves the group of close friends she made... my dad does everything though. and my mom is the president of the Long Island Club in the villages. hahaha.

Plz they need to learn not to rush the babies... Although FH wants to start poppin em out right after we get married... I'm going to have to control that boy!

My mom wouldnt do alot of the stuff either (but she does love bingo!!) My dads only concern is that he wants to have the cadillac of golf carts cuz thats the only thing people drive around in down there right?
