I recently was posting about laser hair removal and after going for some consultations I have decided that electrolysis is the better option for my needs. Have any of you ever gone for this? Can you share any information about it? Thanks!

i startedlaser 3 weeks ago.. and with just 1 session i noticed suchhhh a difference. i actually criedto fh about how happy i am

i know my cousin went for electolysis - my cousin's a guy, who has really sensitive face and can't shave, so opted to try electrolysis and he said it was really painful and didn't do that much in the way of hair re-growth, etc. but then again, that might just be his experience and senstive skin?? idk, i'm not much help. but i do know i've heard that it hurts a lot. isn't that where they insert a tiny needle into the follicle and zap it? if not, then forget it, i'm no help!

I went in highschool for my legs. I did not like it. Made my legs more sensitive than they are. Have you tried waxing? My hair doesnt grow back now :)

I went for my upper lip when I was like 12. It does hurt a little and you have to go back a lot. I stopped going before it was completely done, but it is MUCH thinner now.

I have been doing lazer hair removal on my arms, underarms, and bikini (brazilian) and I love it...not sure the difference or pros or cons of electrolisis but I am very happy with my lazer treatments.... I have no hair growth and it has been about 6 months since my last treatment.

My hair isnt dark enough for the laser to be effective...electrolysis is also more permanent than laser. I originally wanted the laser but after meeting with a fe different places they suggested electrolysis especially for on the face ..i dont know what to do!

I can't wax.. i want it doen on my face so waxing is tough, shaving is not an option...i hate being italian!
