Elementary School teachers out there....

Does anyone have or can recommend a math read aloud lesson for grades k-3 or 4th?

Elementary School teachers out there....

There's a book series related to circumference Monday when I'm back at work ill have to look at the author he does many math read alouds. Also google math stories there's a few great websites out there. When I get home today ill look them up and fm you!

Sir Cumference and the First Round Table- awesome book!!!!! amazon has it for $8 i read this during a student teaching 6th grade special ed! it was great!

Pigs On A Blanket. It teaches about time/elapsed time. If I remember correctly, I used it for a fourth grade class. I also have a collection at work. Let me know if you still need help and I'll look on Monday :)

All the 'Sir Cumference' books are wonderful.

I also like 'Remainder of One' by Elinor J. Pinczes (good for arrays and division).

My fourth graders loved 'How Much is a Million' by David M. Schwartz. (He has several other books that a good too.)

There's a book about a hotel that uses the room occupancy to teach about fractions. I have it at work and can look it up on Tuesday if you want
