We just got an eliptical machine...OUCH! I had to do 2 sets of 10 minutes with a break in between because it's HARD! I joined WW last month and lost 8 pounds...(I'm 9 pounds from their 10% mark, whatever that means)... I love WW!!! To me, it's the only way to go without depriving yourself and something you can live with for a lifetime. Friday I get weighed again. It's not like I don't get enough exercise in a day. I'm a mail carrier and I walk about 7 miles a day sometimes. Anyone else using an Eliptical machine/WW to reach your goal??? How are you doing?

Re: Eliptical Machine and WW
I've heard that you dont start burning fat until you've done cardio for 20 minutes..so with your job, you are doing more than enough!!The cardio along with WW should bring great results! I just started WW last week and i go to the gym about 3-4 days per week...I'm just waiting for the results to show!! good luck to you!

I'm 9 pounds from their 10% mark, whatever that means
The 10% goal means you have decreased your weight by 10%, which is a minimum for improving one's health. To explain:
When I started WW, I weighed 188 pounds. 10% of that is roughly 18 pounds. When I lost 18 pounds, I had decreased my weight by 10%, and got a 10% award.
Now, because the E-tools (WW.com) are more literal, they only JUST awarded me my 10% milestone, because they wanted the 10% to the DECIMAL point. But I don't care, because I'm still happy and skinnier than I have been in a LONG time.
