Has anyone been to an event there? My MOH got a great rate and wants to have her reception there but wants to know about the food because food is very important to her and she can't do a tasting until she books.
TIA

Re: Elite Palace
I really suggest your MOH be careful with them because when i was looking for venues i visited them but their only banquet manager was out and the girl i dealt with seemed very unprofessional and made us fill out forms and never gave them to the banquet manager because i never received a call back. So i just say be careful because they seem kind of shady. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful and i loved the fact they had a bridal suite for the groom but just not that professional to not give a potential customer a phone call.

Re: Elite Palace
I'm booked with elite palace and they were great to me. The hall is pretty new so they still have minor issues but for the most part the place is great and the prices are wonderful.

Re: Elite Palace
they quoted my family $95 for a bridal shower which included almost NOTHING! They are new and very pretty but very unorganized. They had told me they wouldnt book weddings earlier than 3 months prior to the event because it was too far in advance to quote me a reasonable price.
O WELL

It's Ok Yea....She gets the same with alot of goodies if she chose the afternoon wedding. She hasn't booked yet. So if there are any suggestions on halls for around the same price range would be appreciated.

Re: Elite Palace
At least they talked to you. Back when I was planning my wedding, they wouldnt even give me an estimate on the phone and then hung up on me.

Re: Elite Palace
I checked Elite palace last monh for my wedding as a possible venue. The place is huge like everyone said but I was quoted $90 per person for a saturday night for march '11 buffet style and $80 per person for friday in march '11. this didnt include tax and gratitude but it did include all the food and alcohol and valet parking. Enzo (the GM) wouldn't give me a quote for april (not sure why) just told me it was going to be 'more' and was ina bit of a hurry to get rid of us. But nonetheless, its a really nice place and its close to the train and if you are like me, and your entire family and majority of your friends live in NYC, that is a good thing. Let us know how everything goes!
