Has anyone used them? My wedding ring has to be custom made because my engagement ring won't sit flush with a regular band. I didn't want to travel to the diamond district. I was wondering if anyone had any good/bad experiences with them?

I used them. I love my ring but I think it was more than it should have been. They asked me our budget after we worked out what the ring would look like - I wish I would have said my budget was less than it actually was because *conveniently* my ring costed exactly what my budget was. Also, we got DH's ring there and we definitely could have gotten it for less somewhere else. I would say go, but go with a lower 'budget' and see what happens.

I do think my ring is beautiful though!

11er crashing....

I just had them do work on my e-ring before the holidays. The work is good but the people there aren't so great. Be prepared to spend more then what they tell you. Stephan loves to speak in estimates.

Heard good things about good old gold. HTH

I found them to be a bit pushy in person - I think I posted about them a while back

I had a really good experience with them. They were very easy to work with and I found them very patient. I think the quality of their work is excellent. I wanted them to replicate the hand engraving on my engagement ring and I was very nervous that it would not look the same. In the end the work far exceeded the quality of the engraving on my Tacori engagement ring. My only complaint is my custom wedding band was made about a 1/4 size too big. It fit perfectly through out the design process until the day of the final pick up. It was four days before my wedding so I had no choice but to pick it up. I went back after the wedding to have them put the sizing balls in but it still bothers me. I probably could have made a big deal about it but I realize that my ring size will not be the same forever. My only advice is if you are planning to go there have a very good idea of what you want before you arrive. They will meet with you for an hour and then expect you to tell them if you want to work with them or not. As for the budget issue they are on par with other places that do similar work.
