Hi Ladies

I know many of you had heard about the horrible robbery that took place at Elsa Jewelers. I had already been working with Elsa when the robbery took place.

I was just there last night to look at my casting and I feel very secure that they have come through this tragedy barely unscathed. Their display cases are still full of rings and other than a new surveillance system they have installed, you can hardly tell anything happened. For added security, they now have an intercom system installed at the door when they buzz you in so they confirm who you are by your appointment.

Our rings are coming along beautifully. They are making some minor adjustments to the casting and we'll be able to see them again in two weeks.

I just wanted to write and give people peace of mind for anyone who was concerned.

When was the robbery? I know I called like two weeks ago and they said they were closed for a week b/c they were doing inventory? Is that when then they were robbed??

Thats horrible. How much did those bastards walk away with?

I'm not sure when the robbery took place 00 but I know it was a Thursday afternoon. Apparently it was a setup where one guy showed up and got buzzed in, and then the second guy showed up a little later. It was when the third guy showed up, that they got suspicious and didn't buzz them in. They took quite a bit, but they are fully insured. I don't think there has been much of an interruption in their service from what they said to me.
