we are having them make my wedding band....so far our experience has been good. we actually were just there tonight bc our wax mold was ready and we had to go approve it.

i got my band made there and i love it. i thought their service was great and i enjoyed the whole process. here's a pic of it

I def have one gripe with them.. The one woman calls me all the time.. i mean like sometimes twice a day.. and late night too and asks me the same question... have you decided when your goin to look at wedding bands.. I keep tellin her that I will call her when Im ready.. weven been really busy.. so she says ok. then calls me the next day. Like i really seriously think she doesnt write down that she calls me and forgets then calls me again.. It got really annoying to thepoint I finally had to tell her as nicely as possible that I will let her know stop callin please.. I mean I totally wanted to look their for rings but after that experience it really turned me off

Me too. I was there last weekend. I won a gift certificate for them so I'm having my band made. I have the pictures of my ring with the wax mold. Lemme go search for it...

You are probably talking about Carol. She calls me like everyweek. She is a pain in the azzzzz.....her pushiness totally turned me off to them.
