Elsas Rings

Girls = just curious if any of you have been to elsas ? My fiance and I just got back and we are quite annoyed. Basically we were told we should have shopped around before going there and he wouldnt give us a ball park price on the rings we picked! How odd is that? He told us that is not their busniess to have people come back 2 or 3 times and think about their decision. I was so irritated!
Any of you have the same problem?

Really?!?! You know you aren't the first person who has been unsatisfied with your first appointment there.

My DH and I went there and we were told to come back when we had made our decision.
When we went back there to have our rings designed, Elsa gave me 3 different price quotes depending on color and clarity of the diamonds I would use.
We found them to be pleasant and helpful. We were satisfied and their price was reasonable.

Yeah - my friends used them and loved them! But we were so put off by the whole 'you cant come back and think about it' i was so upset b/c i found a ring i loved !

i had the EXACT same experience. i was furious. and then they continued to call me several times a week. finally i had enough and told them exactly what i thought of their customer service...the woman was speechless.
