so even after all the bad reviews i decided to go tonight!! badddddddddd idea!!
i was 10 min late ( called them to tell them i was running late) we were looking for bridesmaids dresses. They made us wait 10 min and the kids were getting fussy so i asked if we can go look and have the girl meet us over there. he said yes....30 min later and each of us holding 6 dresses noone came over! i went to the girl at the desk 3 times and she said oh ok ill call her. finally 40 min of being htere they brought us to the dressing rooms. Then dissapeared!! i needed a few things and had to get them myself...i usually dont mind but i am hurt right niw and really dont wanna run around and didnt wanna make my BMs walk around in the dresses! the the dorr knob broke on the door and locked my FGs and MOHs stuff in the room and we couldnt get it out! almost an hour and a half later they got it open after trying with a hook and calling mall security ( they got it open) finally left. I was sooooooooo annoyed the whole time! the only thing i was happy about was that the manager arlene was very helpful and trying everything she could to get it open!! i wass complain about this whole thing to davids but they dont have a CONTACT us link on their page. can anyone help me?? TIA

That really *****!! I have heard horror stories about that Davids Bridal but I went to the one in Lake Grove and they were great!!! I had no complaints if your really interested in the dress than maybe you can try that one.

I bought my dress at that store and was pissed that when I picked my dress up it came with no garment bag. It came in 4 months early -- came in only ONE WEEK after I ordered it! -- and I had no where to store it, and was afraid of it yellowing, so when I asked for a garment bag, they said they couldn't give it to me because it was 'inventory.'
My mom complained to their main office, which is near Philly and we were shocked when someone from the office called and mailed a free garment bag.

A well-written letter, as my mom has taught me many times over, goes a very, very long way. :)
