So on the business cards i got from visting reception halls there are email addresses. I have noticed that I always play phone tag when calling with follow up quesitons, so today I decided to just email, and then there is something in writing as well. I know its too late now, email already sent, but was this an okay thing to do??????

I don't see why not...let us know if you get a response. I think emailing is a great way of communicating. Also, it's a great 'paper trail'
