I have recently been losing weight but I have heard that cellulite stays even when you lose weight. Does anyone know if any of those creams or massages actually work to minimize cellulite? I don't want to be all lumpy in my bikini on the honeymoon!

Re: Embarassed to ask...
there's this stuff (it's spotted like a cow on the outside of the bottle) it's called utterly smooth or something like that... it works good, my FMIL uses it. check out a pharmacy or beauty store for that product.
also, just aloe vera or a good cream daily will make a big difference along with leg strengething excercises... vitamin e oil too--although really goopy and oily, works great.
good luck

There is a cream from Bath and body works called bringing up the rear. It works, but you HAVE to use it religiously, like in the morning and at night. I saw results, but like I said you can't slack have to use it everyday! XOXOXO Kitty

There is also a spa procedure called endermologie that is an external vacuum and skin roller that helps stimulate lymphatic drainage to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

You need to increase your water intake and weight train to gain muscle and lose fat in order to reduce the appearace of cellulite.

I have been training and my legs are getting smaller, but I am getting married in 3 weeks and was wondering if any of those quick fixes actually work

Good job! I've heard that the creams with caffiene in them work, but I don't know from experience.

Bliss Spa make a great cream...I used this Bliss Body Care Set before my wedding and their FatGirlSlim Cream and I felt I looked 110% better. Extreme times took extreme measures -haha.
