My friend is doing my pocketfold invites. They are square and have the little monogram on the front. The matting is a damask print. But I wanted to add a little something extra to them to make them super special. I saw that on cards &pockets they have belly bands, but did anyone add ribbon or bling to theirs and where can I get it?

I have a rhinestone or 2 on mine - I don't know where she got them but I've seen the self-stick ones at Michaels

I know they are not pocketfolds, but mine have a ribbon tied into a bow.

Just a draft at the moment but on the inside and on the monogram attached to the ribbon.

I made my own bands, was way too much work. You can buy swarovki chrystal in wholesale like 15 dollars for 100 and glue them on in place of 'i''s or other chrystals will do.

i have satin ribbon going across two opposite corners with a rhinestone brooch slide on the bottom corner, my invitation vendor did it for me though

That sounds beautiful! I would LOVEEE a ribbon and brooch slide going across like Laura's invites but my invites are square, not rectangular like hers...so I dont know if it would look funny on mine. Maybe if I did it on the corners it would look better? Are your invites square or rectangle?
