Emmas Blues Clues 1st Birthday - NEED IDEAS

OK... This is my first time doing my own childs party...

The invites are for Sat at 5PM (its late only because FH has to work at the golf course (I HATE THAT JOB!!!!).

We are having a BBQ of hot dogs and hamburgers and salads then cake. There are going to be about 50 people. What other food should I make??

Since its only a 1st birthday should I have activities??

I want to 'play' Blues Clues... any ideas what to search for???

What about a tray of Ziti- you can make it ahead of time and it is easy to heat-up and serve and feeds a lot of people. Plus kids usually like it too.
Oh, you can get a big cheese platter from Costco too.
You are going to be BBQ A LOT of burgers/franks for 50 people you might want to consider a)hiring someone to do the BBQ for you or b) having a hero too. That way you are not trying to keep up with that much food on your one grill. Or borrow a friends grill to help you make the food faster.
