Empire Carpet?

Has anyone ever used Emprire? I see there commercial on tv all the time for a free consultation and how they can install next day. I called for a free estimate to recarpet our stairs and landing at the top and put laminate hardwood in our living room & Dining room.

Has anyone every used them? Any experiences good or bad?

they came on monday night and l;iterally wanted to install on tuesday!! but we had them come back on fri- which was no probelm, the prices were okay, similar to home depot, we had our stiars re done so that was alittle pricy, but stairs always are, but we were very happy with them, we haglled alittle on the price too!! and we got that no payments no interest for 1 year thing too~~ would totally reccommend!!!

We are thinking of using them for engineered hardwood (not laminate) for our living and dining room. The price was ok. She did say at the end they would throw in recarpeting our stairs, so that is a plus.

We used them for laminate in our foyer and berber carpet in the den back in January of this year...

They were great...

The sales guy came to our house with lots of samples, he measured, then we selected what we wanted, he gave us a quote. We accepted and they installed the following week (as per our choice)...No complaints at all!

Here is a pic of our foyer ....we couldnt do real hardwood in there because there is asbestos underneath and they cant nail anything to the ground....we have hardwood in other parts of the house.
