Encore Invitations- vent

So I recv'd my 1st proof and I wasnt crazy about the font. The person I am getting them from says the company charges $30 to make a new proof( bu^&*#it). She offers to eat the cost. I receive my second proof, I like it so I give the ok on Friday morning. Of COURSE, I show my mom and sister and they have changes. Minor ones but valid. So I call this morning and they tell me that the dealer needs to call them. She calls Encore and they want to charge me $250 to make the changes. CAN YOU BELIEVE that? For the amount of money I am paying you would think they could have some compassion. Said they have already gone to production, which I doubt. I am sad but I guess its my own fault. Anyone else out there with a simliar story. I feel crazy for being upset.

Kathy from follow your heart (vendor on LIW) called encore and they reduced the charge to $98. Better but still annoying. Anyway, she has offered to split that charge with me. I feel totally guilty since it was my mistake . But she said she wants me to be happy. And she has. I highly recommend her.
