Hello ladies! I just got engaged this weekend. I'm beginning to look at reception halls for next summer. About 200 guests, moderate price range. Any suggestions?

I'd start looking ASAP, we went looking at places in late March and a lot of places were already booked for most of the summer.

I would prefer one wedding at a time, but I'm open to other options as well. I want someplace pretty, not gaudy and not crappy!

congrats and welcome! Try the harbor club in Huntington, that's where we're having ours. There is only 1 wedding at a time, which was very importatnt to us. Also, we went for our first tasting and the food was delicious

Congrats and welcome! We only looked at places that did one event at a time but it can limit things a bit. Check out The Metropolitan, Harbor Club, Sans Souci, Harbor Links to start, but I'm sure there are countless more places we didn't hit!

I looked at Chateau Briand, Chateau La Mer, Jericho Terrace, Glen Cove Mansion, and North Ritz Club. I really liked North Ritz Club and they do one wedding at a time, but we booked Chateau Briand bc it was more our style. FM me with any questions!

Definitely check out the North Ritz Club. One wedding at a time, AMAZING food, and great service. The place is so gorgeous too, I've heard nothing but great things
Also, dont go by their website lol it hasnt been updated in many years. Definitely check it out in person, they've made MANY rennovations
