Well my parents already knew b/c my FH told them he was getting the ring.....when we went to tell his parents we sat them down in their living room and said 'we have news' and told them 'We're Engaged!'

Everyone knew except my mom.... my fam was in MGM studios and we were in the Magic Kingdom... so about 20 mins after it happened I called her cell and said... mom billy asked me to marry him.... she was like wait you got a ring and everything??? then I could hear the rest of my fam. laughing in the backround.

They all knew.... so did my co workers...I didn't get to tell a lot of people. FH planned a surprise trip to Disney for 3 days and proposed and then when we came back our families were waiting at the house as a surprise party ( I had no idea) FH then surpised me with a 10 days cruise to the carribean for 2 weeks later....so yes pre planning had to be done...everyone pretty much knew!

FH asked my parents but instructed them not to tell a single person about it. His parents brothers FSIL & brother's girlfriend knew but no one else we spread the word when we got back from vacation it was so much fun making up ways to tell everyone
