yes i'm really stupid, but what do you get people as an engagement gift? i didn't have an e-party and the one i'm going to on sat is actually my first! i've looked at their registry but the stuff is waaaaaay out of our budget. in fact the bride told me i wouldn't be able to afford anything on it and not to even look. how weird is that? well, the whole thing is weird since they're throwing the party for themselves (which i thought was a no-no) and it's at some dive bar downtown.
anyway, any help is appreciated
