My best friend just got engaged yesterday (yeah!) and she lives out of state.

What can I send her? I was thinking a champagne basket, but I haven't come across any I like....

Did you try wine country gift baskets? They're not too expensive and their baskets are really nice. We just ordered gift towers from them for our OOT guests.

they have some nice glass ice buckets at crate and barrel.
