For those who had a catered engagement party, would you mind sharing where you had it, what was included and what you paid per person? If you like, please FM me or share it here.

Renaissance of Astoria in Long Island City. $60 per person included pasta or salad, dinner and cake. Also this price included top shelf liquor. I have to say if you see my pics everything you see i did myself. Literally, the only reason why i booked it there was bc the hall is GORGEOUS other than that, the food was eh and the staff is not good at all. Their pricing and packages are shady and every little thing is extra $$$ (Like for example, to use the coat check was extra $$$) But i loved my engagement party, only because i made it into what it was, I did everything from hanging the paper lanterns to making the menus.

** and I should say the $60 PP was a severe markdown that i bargained them down to it was originally like $120 (im a good bargainer)

It looks beautiful!! I need something with good food, I got a big italian family to feed!!

Can you come with me and be the bargainer?! LOL
