Hi! I was just searching this yesterday. I went to Wedding Paper Divas online and ordered 2 samples of ones I liked ($1 each and free shipping) so I am waiting for them to arrive if I like them I am using them because they always have coupon codes... Also, looked into it - No joking Costco has really cheap invitations and they are really nice. Just my thoughts and my vendors for the engagement party invites..
Minuteman press did our invitations! I need to put up a picture because it is kind of a chalk board like invite. We got to pick the color paper, don't and wording so it was nice to have to customizable. Wedding paper divas is also a great choice too. They always have deals! Good luck!

Theres a groupon from zazzle.com they have certain options you can select while using the groupon but they are cute! I ordered my save the dates from there and i'm actually getting my wedding invites too. So cheap and you can customize some options too.
Magnetstreet is pretty reasonable. Zazzle, vistaprint - check them all for promo codes and you could get a pretty great price
