My FH and I are in the process of planning our engagement party. We have no idea what would be a good favor to give our guests. I wanted to make it a DIY project but I am also open to other suggestions. Does anyone have any ideas or pics of engagement party favors that woudl help us out?

I went to tanger outlets and I found beautiful pie dishes (my e-party was right after Thanksgiving) so I thought it was appropriate. They were cheap and I wrapped them myself.

We gave out a small bag of coffee and a coffee scoop. Pics are in my album. We wraped them in clear celaphane and my girlfriend and I did the labels.

We did heart shaped cookie cutters in clear boxes. Inside the smallest cutter, we put little candy mints. It was cute and inexpensive. Good luck

For our e party next month, we got marble pasta servers and a tincan of dicecco pasta that we will tie together. Cute, practical, and very inexpensive!

We gave out Salt & Pepper shakers in the shape of pairs... And it said Perfect Pair :)

We did CD's with love songs on them. The CD cover was supposed to be 2 red roses and our STD info.(don't ask I'm still miffed about it) The CD had a picture of both of our parents weddings on either side, with a pic of Evan proposing to me at the top. FH made them and if you have the ability to make CD labels it isn't hard to do.
ETA: We just had 2 other e-parties, and one had chocolate roses wrapped in the colors and tied with a ribbon with the couples names and wedding date on them. The other we received the LOVE coasters, they have them on here, I'll see if I can get a pick.

i got them for so cheap on a super sale at wrap with us in syosset... then, i bought a label from another website.
first is the coasters themselves
second is the coasters at our party with our personalized label on them
they were on such a good sale i was able to buy enough for each individual guest so that couples would have a full set of 8 coasters (4 come in each one). it was a HUGE hit

wish i would have known-- our party was tiffany themed (colors and such) we had a tiffany box cake
