Engagement party favors?

Engagement party favors?

We're having our E-party on Aug 4, about 50 people in a catered backyard party and we're super pumped for it. Do you think people expect a favor for coming? What should we give out? I don't want to spend a lot of money so any ideas what to give?

I did these little heart dishes filled with m&ms wrapped in cello with a ribbon. Just a little something and people really appreciated it. An edible is always nice. I done think it was expected but I was glad we did it ...especially when I saw how very generous people were.the dollarstore has cupcake bags you could give everyone a cupcake to go. Cost you practically nothing. Congrats! Enjoy the journey! Xoxo

Very true...everyone loves edibles! Also, they have kisses where you can personalize the wrapper. My friend had them at her wedding (she put them in the out of town bags) and they were adorable! I think I saw them on the knot's website.

Engagement party favors?

We just had our engagement party this past weekend and we did little boxes with a heart window filled with pink and red M&M's, tied it with a matching ribbon and had a personalized sticker on the back. They were a huge hit!

I am doing engagement ring cookies from the sugar chic but they were not really cheap, we spent over $100. also given out engagement ring crayons just because they were so cute. (etsy)

my other engagement party (we are having 2 since half my family lives down south and everyone else lives up here) but yeah my other party my mom gave out ring pops and cute measuring tape that says measure of love or just love (can't remember). either way they were really cheap! the ring pops were a huge hit since everyone loves candy like that.

We made chocolate lollipops (out of the molds) and cake pops. They were so cute! I think the most expensive thing I bought was the personalized ribbon for like $20.

I got little bags from party city in our wedding colors and filled them with kisses and ring pops.
