We were originally going to have a backyard e-party because my brother owns a tent company and my parents have a nice sized backyard

But May isnt good for anyone in his family, and I just feel that June will be too long (1/2 Year) so... i'm now stuck!
Does anyone know of any nice bar/lounges/restaurants for an e-party, that will have a sit down dinner but is not too $$$ (40pp)
Or should I just suck it up and wait til June for the back yard thing?? Eeek!
Another option is May 5th for the back yard, but that may be too cold then right?

i don't think june is too long to wait at all!! if that's what you really want, do it! what's one more month? and it MIGHT be warm enough in may, but what if it's chilly? then you'll wish you'd waited. i don't think anyone will think anything of it, waiting till june.

You know, I just heard of 2 other people who had their e-party there. Where is it located? Is it a chain? Do they have a website?

we had our eparty almost 7 months after we got engaged. I think June will still be fine

June is not too late...Its still a while before your wedding so its ok...I am actually having my e-party 6 months after our engagement

I got engaged Dec. 24 and am getting married July, 11th of 2008. Our e-party is June 16th we rented out a party room and we are bringing in our own food and drinks and decorations. The place was only $350 to rent it is in holtsville if you want more info.
