Just wanted to share a few photos from my engagement party last weekend. We had about 50 guests under a tent at my parent's house. The weather couldn't have been better. We decorated the tent in a nautical theme, which will also be the theme for our wedding.
The first photo shows me, Jon, my parents and his mom. Then a couple of shots of the party.

Ha Ha, yes, both Winnie and Ey-Or (Never could spell his name!), made appearances at this nautical event! They have to do with our engagement story.
When we first started dating, my FH noticed an old beat up Winnie the Pooh on my bed. I have had it since I was two. It is not exactly yellow anymore! He thought at the time that it was a sign we were compatible because he has an Ey-Or from when he was 2 or 3 that his mom still kept for him and it was something he cherished.
On the night we got engaged, he presented me with his Ey-Or, which was the first time I had seen it, and it had a note wrapped around its neck saying that we are such a good match, like Winnie and Ey-Or, and would I marry him!
