Engagement Party Question!!??

Our engagement party is this weekend, and it is at a restaurant. The immediate families have met one another, but my FH family is from upstate and a lot of our relatives and friends will be meeting for the first time.

What has everyone used to get their relatives to mingle with one another??? We are thinking about playing a game for example:

Question: Find Rachel's Mothers oldest brother
Answer: (uncles initials)

What does everyone think??

I think something like this is a cute idea, although I am no help with any ideas for an icebreaker.

At my e-party, it was soo segregated. FH's family didn't even try to meet my family. My family really wanted some sort of icebreaker to meet them.

look up human bingo on google.

its an easy way to have an icebreaker, and you can give a prize too.

we printed these out as a backup plan in case people werent mingling, but we didnt really need it. so we never used it.
