Hello! I am new to this site since i just got engaged on FRIDAY!!!!!! My fiance (sounds so weird!!!) are looking for a place to have our engagement party. I just called the Port Jeff Village Center and am looking for recommendations for other places that can hold 100+ people. I can do all the planning, decorating myself! Thanks so much!!!

Congrats! We had ours on the Lauren Kristy - its a paddle boat/party boat that goes out of the Bayshore Marina - we had a little over a 100 ppl and there was still room to dance and everything. It was amazing!
Also, if you find a place (like a vfw) and need a caterer - I can send info for that too!

We had ours at Post Office Café in Babylon. We had about 90 people and I believe they said they could accommodate up to 125. I would call to double check that though I am not 100% on that number. Post Office Café is owned by lessings and they have a few other restaurants listed on their website that also do private parties.

We had a brunch at the Snapper Inn in Oakdale and it was great! Beautiful views, great food, and the party could go in between outdoor/indoor. The guests loved being able to sit out by the water! Everyone loved it!

It might be a little further away than you're looking, but our best friends had their party at HR Singleton's in Bethpage. It held 125 comfortably and was a good time! We did our party in my parent's backyard. Congrats!!
