Engagement Party RSPV's

RSVP date is this Sunday, and I am still waiting on 15 people! Why do people wait until the last day?!

ugh! that's so annoying! I can't stand that. At this point, either you do or do NOT have something going on that day

haha we were still getting them a few days before.. so annoying and rude!!! then we had the last minute yes response and they didn't even show up!

lets hope they dont do it for the wedding.

Our RSVP Date is March 30th and hardly anyone has called yet.

whats annoying is when they say your coming and then the day of say 'oh im having my floor done and cant stay home (meanwhile they knew this the thurs before the party) are you kiddddinggg me

My RSVP date is tomorrow & I'm having the same problem. I have 10 local people that have not answered. I kind of understand OOT people not responding. I am at the point where if they can't even RSP for the e-party I want to take them off the wedding guest list. How bad would that be? Just afraid of the problems it will cause. It's only my Mom's fam that hasn't answered... poeple I don't even want ther but I invitied just to keep Mom happy.. I'm sick of having to be proper and do the right thing.

I know my parents were able to pay for the remainer of the party the day before and any additional people who showed they could have paid that night.. Maybe if you havent paid yet you could try counting them out then adding them on day of

Seriously! All of the people who havent responded are from FH's side. Why the F should we have to call to find out if they are coming....and they people are aunts and uncles in their 50's....quite capable of calling to RSVP. I'll never understand

I never understood late RSVP'ers... its really simple, you get an invite and you look on your calendar... you see if you're free..you debate whether or not you want to go.. you call, text, email, etc your response... not brain surgery!!!!

Im going through something similar, having an anniv party for my parents in 3 weeks and rsvp is wed and im waiting on 10 people. But all the OOT resp right away that they were coming. I wanted to invite 4 other people but bc these 10 people are so slow i couldnt. It def is annoying and i rem having this prob w my first wedding. Its true u either know or dont. Its embarrassing when u have to call to get an answer.
