engagement party/bridal party

engagement party/bridal party

So our engagement party is in just over 3 weeks!

Should we do something to make the bridal party stick out?
I have seen Bridesmaids/Groomsmen buttons - should we get them flowers? Any ideas?

I would say flowers or something :) It would be awesome! I'm june 7th so I'm thinking I might give them something cliche like a flower leigh or something. I can't spell lol. But, FH's sister isnt in the party and we don't want her causing a ruckus! lol

we got our BP the 'team bride' , 'Team Groom' buttons so they would stand out. We wanted to recognize them somehow also

Maybe you can ask them to wear a certain color. I am making my BP wear a certain color at my shower. Buttons or flowers are a good idea as well.

I bought my MOH's, BM's, my mother, and FMIL corsages.

FH didn't do anything for his GM's because he asked them to be GM's at the party. That was their gift

I wanted to get them a corsage or boutonniere but FH said no.. and besides that... he hadn't ASKED his bridal party when we had ours... he asked his BM about 2 seconds before we took pictures.

But yea, I'd make them stand out.

Something at their table indicating they are in the bridal party
Ask them all to wear a specific color..
there are so many things you can do.
