I chose this photographer because they had a groupon deal and I have always amired thier work....I wish I could use them for our wedding but they are way to expensive for our budget and we chose a photographer from the wedding center in commack and it doesn't come with an eshoot. So my question is how do you break it to the people that are doing the eshoot that your not going to use them because of price and do you and how much do you tip for the eshoot?
May I ask who you are using for your e-shoot? Maybe if you talk to them and explain that your on a tight budget but love their work they can work some sort of deal with you
I agree, just bc you are doing your e-shoot with them doesn't mean you are obligated to book them for your wedding
It's very possible that the e-shoot groupon was a way fo the company to draw in customers. Like FutureMrsMartin and JuneBug86 said, I would be up front with your e-shoot photographer. Most companies will want to work with you. Also, most photographers me and FH met with told us that it's possible to book with the most basic package, usually the photographer and a disc of images. You can put together your album on your own after the wedding using a site like shutterfly or snapfish or you can have them do it, if the money is available, months, even years after the wedding.
