Did anyone go all out for their engagement pictures...I mean hair/makeup/new outfit?
Either way what do you wear?
Ours are being taken on the beach.

I didn't go all out for them at all. I just wore nice jeans and a cute top and my FH wore jeans and a polo shirt. I couldn't imagine spending even more money just to get hair and makeup for engagement pics. If mine were on the beach, I would wear a nice flowy skirt and a tank or something beachy like that.

I bought a new shirt & had my make-up done, just because I didn't want to wear the 'same old clothes.' I also figured it was a good time for a make-up trial.

For us.. no not really. We had a family friend takes some pics at our engagement party so he took a few shots of me & my FI. One came out so nice, we decided to use it as our formal 'engagement shot'

having my makeup trial that day will buy a new shirt, maybe jeans/pants if i feel i need it and havent decided about blowing my hair straight or not

Ill do my own make up and wear casual clothes. But I am not that good with a hairbrush so I will have someone blow out my hair - only one side of my head comes out decent when I do it because I have zero dexterity in my left hand.

I had my hair blown out and had my make up trial on the day of the shoot. I wore clothes I already had.

I got a makeup trial the day of my epics and glad I did because it was HOT and doing it myself would have melted off in 10 mintues

I am having mine tonight. I don't think I am going 'all out' but I did buy a new outfit jean trousers and a top), I am having one of my m/u trials today and I saved my usual haircut to this afternoon so it looks healthy.
that's about it. I hope it goes well.
