Engagement picturess - tipping

Hi ladies,

How much do you typically tip for engagement pictures? My photographer said they should take about an hour. TIA!

we tipped $40 i believe (maybe $50). we had a great time with our photographer...and we figured we would start off the relationship on a good note

We tried to tip our photographer and he refused it, saying the wedding day is one thing, but not for engagement photos.

we tipped 60 but our photographer spent 3 hrs with us AND drove us back to queens from the upper west side haha

Initially wanted to give $30, but didn't have change, so he got $50

We tipped 50 - but our shoot was 4 hours.

We tipped our photographer $50. He had brought an assistant with him who was really helpful and we gave him either $10 or $20

we tipped $20 for a 45 minute shoot. It was freeeeeezing out, so we had to cut it short
