I just joined this site so I am new to all of this! I'd like some suggstions for jewlers in the Nassau area or any well known good jewelers. My bf and I are going ring shopping this weekend, and we are going to try out Tri-County, but I'd also like some suggestions as well.
( I live in Brooklyn, and my bf lives in Nassau)

If you live in Brooklyn you should go to Catbird. They have lovely engagement rings and wedding bands and just came out with a line of rings for men as well.
These rings are unique. You wont find anything like them at Tri County.

BTW - we both are named Noelle! How funny! Actually, we went to Diamond Roof in Tri-County and fell in LOVE with a setting!!! I will check out catbird also after Christmas.

Kravit Jewelers in Oceanside. Bennett is amazing! Everyone in the store is very friendly too!

Check out Good Old Gold in Massapequa. They are amazing and so nice! Not pushy at all. Look at their website...they post all their diamonds on there with many pictures. www.goodoldgold.com

I heard many good things about them. After Christmas, I think me and my hunnie will go. Although I did pick out 'the one' I wanted! It's beautiful, but I am not sure if he put a deposit on it. Everything else now is a surprise =) Thank you!

If you did not pick out anything yet the Itialan Jewlers at Tri County is nice. I have gotten a lot of stuff from them. I have looked at thier rings and they have nice stuff. I do not know the prices of rings since I have not tried on thier rings. I did see some I have likes while just looking at all of the stuff they have.

I actually went to Diamond Roof in Tri-County, something like that and found THE ONE!!! We first went to Gabriel's who was not listening to what I actually liked, and instead showed me rings that were not my style at all. I also didn't like that two of the sales people did not make much eye contact.
We continued looking and found that Diamond Roof was beyond helpful. Every questioned was answered fully. The owner's wife showed me EVERY style to see what I would like best. She measured my finger to ensure my size and even measured my boyfriend's finger as well. I highly recommend them for their quality of jewelery (as my boyfriend bought me a few things already from them for Christmas) knowledge and EXCELLENT customer service. I couldn't be anymore satisfied!

If you are looking, Try Shenoa in the Diamond District. FH got my ring from there and they will really work with you on the price since they are in the Diamond Distrcit.
