engagement rings.

How do you keep your ring clean

I take it off when I get home, but it doesn't sparkle as much as when I first got it. :S

ammonia.. spray it or dip it in ammonia.. rub it a lil with a toothbrush .. rinse clean.. somes out RIDICULOUSLY sparkly!

is there an individual steam cleaner out there

I am afraid to use windex or other chemicals to use on a daily use.

amonia water and dish soap (substitute windex for amonia because it has it in it)

soak then clean with toothbrush - SPARKLES!

ETA: i also have a steamer The Jewlery Jet its great!

the windex will not burt it !

FH got my ring through a family jewler and all my family cleans there jewelry in amonia, water and dish soap, my cousin even heats the mixture in the micro for 20 seconds then soaks.

i use Connoisseur's Jewelry Cleaner -you can find it at any supermarket..like Target. Then, I hold my ring w/ a towel and dry it with a hairdryer. (the platinum gets really hot) And tada - nice and SPARKLY!!!!

this is exactly what i do. it still looks so sparkly!

I use a tooth brush and dial dish soap. then, i blow dry it. so sparkley!!!

This is EXACTLY what I do too oh and I use a a soft rag made of polyester and polyamide just to rub it clean and it comes out so sparkly.

nope I never take it off - except for right now cause im soaking it

I don't wear my ering anymore, but when I did, I used dawn dish soap, a soft toothbrush.....and then after I cleaned it, I used the blowdryer on HOT and it SPARKLED like mad!!!
