well our wedding is 11/05 and the photographer said we should do them this spring..the weather will be best he said..so thats like a year and a half awayfrom our wedding....ahh thats NOW!! oops

Our wedding is next June and I was hoping to take them this June...we are taking them in Central Park (where he proposed )so we wanted to do it when the weather is nice...plus we are getting back from a cruise on May 30 so I figure we will have nice tans...and I tend to look too pale so I need that! I was just afraid that it might be too soon, everyone seems to do it a few months prior to the wedding.

We did ours one year after we got engaged and one year before the wedding -- I was pretty lazy about them.

I haven't taken them yet, but I am figuring June or latest July. Our wedding is in Sept, but I want to lose a few pounds before then.

We got engaged march 2003 and we still haven't taken them yet! I get my braces off on June so we are taking them right after that!! --Kelly

We did ours already. As a result, I cut my hair and now I am trying to convince FH that I need my jaw wired shut til the wedding!

i will probably do mine about 2 months before my wedding...my photgrapher said that a lot of couples choose to get them done on the day that they get their marriage license. i thought that was a great idea and it is probably what we will do.

Mid-May engagement pics for Nov. wedding. I don't think you should go by that though - we didn't. Do them whenever you want. Whatever is important to you. We wanted warmer weather but not hot/humid like in the summer. Maybe you're wedding is in the summer already so for a different look try the fall or a winter type setting. Totally up to you.
